GET HELP: SOMSD is now providing free meals to any District student (including siblings, out-of-district placement and/or charter school attendees) while schools are closed. Meals are distributed 11am - 1pm, weekdays at Columbia High School and Seth Boyden Elementary.

GIVE HELP: The Parenting Center thanks everyone for supporting our food-insecure families at this time. If you have food donations, please bring them to the Our Lady of Sorrows Food Pantry. The Parenting Center, the Senior Center and OLS are all working together right now to support our Maplewood-South Orange communities.

If you want to help, but haven't shopped yet, please donate gift cards instead. Any amount is helpful. Visa gift cards are preferred, but cards for Stop & Shop and gift cards for gas are also welcome. You can drop off your gift card donation at 124 Oakland Road in Maplewood. Just drop them through the mail slot!

Another way to support these efforts is by making an online donation through Rent Party. Click the DONATE button and write "Parenting Center Food Initiative" in the notes during the payment process. Rent Party volunteers will then get gift cards to the Parenting Center team for distribution.

Our Lady of Sorrows is located at 217 Prospect St in South Orange. Please drop off donations Mon-Sat 7am-4pm and Sun 8am-12pm at the front door of the Rectory.
