In Search Of A New Clinton Motto!
Clinton Community, we need your help!
As we are working and learning remotely, it is important to remember that - even at a distance - we are a strong and united community. Having a school motto is a great way to promote our unity and motivate us as we continue to navigate many of the unknowns that we continue to experience at this time. A motto is a phrase that captures the beliefs and ideals that guide an individual, group of people, or institution (like schools!). We are calling on all students, staff, parents, alumni, and community members to help us create a new school motto that highlights what makes Clinton School so great and unique.
We are looking for a motto that is catchy, inspiring, and easy to remember. Most mottos are only a few words! Our new motto should represent who we are and what we live by as a Clinton community.
Here are some famous mottos that you may have heard before:
- “Think Different” - Apple
- "The Breakfast of Champions" – Wheaties
- "Imagination at Work." - General Electric
- "Like a Good Neighbor, State Farm is There" - State Farm
These suggestions are due on Friday, December 4th. A team of students, teachers, administrators, and parents will review all submissions. These submissions will be narrowed down to those that will best represent and inspire the Clinton community. The final decision will be made by the entire Clinton Community through a vote - so stay tuned!
