International Festival 2025 - Food Ticket Pre-Sale

Food tickets will be sold at $2 per ticket. Attendees can redeem their tickets for food or drinks. Food and drinks will be tagged at 1 to 3 tickets per item. A breakdown of food vendors and price listing will be available on June 2.

Please consider taking advantage of the Early Bird Ticket Sale option that ends June 5. Tickets will be available for sale on the day of the event at $2 per ticket.

In addition, there will be a potluck, where families can bring food to share with the school community. We’re inviting families to donate a dish that represents their culture or heritage. You don’t have to be from an international background to participate in the potluck—everyone is welcome! Whether it’s a dish tied to your cultural heritage, a family favorite, or a recipe unique to your hometown, we’d love for you to share it. Just let us know the country or region it represents—even if that’s “Midwest USA” or “Grandma’s kitchen.” The goal is to celebrate what’s meaningful to our families and introduce our kids to the diverse traditions that make our community special. Please sign up with the name of your dish, the country or region it represents, and a list of ingredients (for allergy awareness). Families who donate a potluck dish will receive five free tickets.

To ensure all interested families can sample the potluck dishes, one ticket will allow an individual to sample 5 potluck dishes and get one drink.

The PTA is also working with Clinton School’s Social Worker to provide tickets to families who qualify for need-based support. To support this effort, we have provided ticket donation options.

Finally, there are many International Festival volunteer slots available for families. Your support with setup or donations is instrumental to a smooth and successful event! Please consider taking advantage of these opportunities!
