🏁 Final Week! Read Across America & Read-A-Thon Finish Line

Dear Clinton Families,

We have officially reached the final stretch! This last week of the Read-A-Thon coincides with Read Across America Week, and our classrooms are lighting up with excitement. Our students have already crushed our original reading goal, and they are poised to hit their new reading "stretch goal". We are also very close to our fundraising target!

We are just $2,395 away from our fundraising goal. Let’s bridge the gap this week!

• 📖 Reading: 270,404 minutes logged! (Goal: 300,000)
• 💰 Fundraising: $17,605 raised (Goal: $20,000)

The Impact: Every dollar earned funds the PTA enrichment programs, school events, and student resources that make Clinton so special.

🏆 Grade-Level Leaderboard (Wisdom Coins)

Huge shoutout to Mrs. Cutrufello and Ms. Lopez’s class for holding the "All-Star" title for four weeks straight! Can anyone catch them? Remember: More coins = more entries for grade-level and individual prize raffles.

⏳ The Final Countdown: Actions Needed

All reading minutes and donation invites must be submitted by Sunday, March 8.

• Log Activity: Enter all reading, answered questions, and "cheers" at readafun.com.
• Send Sponsor Invites: Sending invites triggers Wisdom Coins for your child! Note: Once invited, sponsors have an extra 30 days to contribute.
• Direct "Donate Now" Option: Use the "Donate Now" feature on the Clinton Read-A-Thon Page. Please include your child’s name in the notes for proper credit!
• Corporate Matching: Check if your employer offers matching; it’s the fastest way to hit our goal! Contact Melissa Goodrich (melissa.goodrich@clintonelementary.org) for documentation.

📚 Celebrate Literacy

• At School: During Parent-Teacher Conferences, visit the bulletin board by the cafeteria to see student-made book cover artwork.
• At Home: Log in to Readafun to see your child’s custom "Owlvatars" and read their short responses. They’ve worked so hard!
