Join The Spring Book Fair 2026 Committee
📚 Calling All Clinton Book Lovers! 📚
We’re looking for a few parents/caregivers to join the Clinton Elementary Spring Book Fair Committee! The time commitment is about 10–15 hours total over the course of the spring (with most of those hours in May/early June), and it’s a fun, collaborative way to support reading and our school community.
Committee members will work together to:

Coordinate with school staff on setting up and cleaning up the book fair

Help select great titles and books that Clinton kids will be excited to read

Coordinate class visits to the book fair
-
Organize volunteers to help sell books during book fair week

Monitor teacher wishlists and ensure teachers and the library receive new books for their classrooms

And new this year: Help organize a pre-summer book exchange where kids can bring in books they are ready to donate and other students can select new titles all for free.
The spring book fair will run June 1–June 5, and we’re also hoping committee members may want to stay involved to help organize the fall book fair as well.If you’re interested or would like to learn more, please reach out directly to me at meghan.mccormick@clintonelementary.org or PM me on facebook.
