School Pictures 2021
The Clinton PTA is excited that we will be holding school pictures on April 6th & 7th, 2021.
There are 3 steps in order to schedule your child(ren) for school photos:
- Step 1: Schedule a photo session for each child via our website
- Step 2: Order photo package from our photographer's website - if you would like to order photos
- Step 3: Confirm you have signed District's "Parent Agreement Letter of Compliance With COVID-19 Guidelines" in PowerSchool
NOTE: There will NOT be a make-up or retake session this year
STEP 1: SCHEDULE PHOTO SESSION
SIGNUPS ARE CLOSED
STEP 2: ORDER PHOTO PACKAGE
From our photographer: We are super excited to be able to offer your school a safe and simple picture day for the 2020-2021 school year. This year picture day will be a little different but the SMILES will be the same.
We take the safety of our schools very seriously and will be following all CDC guidelines to offer a safe and simple picture day. Our professional photographers will social distance from all students and staff, wear masks at all times and sanitize all high touch picture areas, while offering a contactless picture day.
This year ordering your school picture package has never been easier! Ordering is all online and contactless. You must place your order online by APRIL 5th using the link below.
If you have questions or concerns about placing your order online please give us a call, we are happy to help 908-228-5674 or email hi@iamacamera.net.
Once there, the password for our school is: Clinton21
Next, you will need to input your student's name. Please enter the name exactly how the student is registered with the school. For example, if Jimmie Smith is actually James Smith, you need to enter James
Once you choose your picture package and background, check out and that's it! Your order will be saved on our end and you will receive a confirmation email.
We look forward to working with Clinton Elementary School again this year!

Alternative School Photo Yearbook Submission
If you are unable to participate in school picture days for any reason (eg Spring Break travel, etc) or if you do not like the photo that is taken of your child(ren) you can submit an alternative photo to be printed in this year's yearbook. Check out our page on the yearbook for information on how to submit as well as a guide on how to take the best photo.

STEP 3: SIGN DISTRICT'S "COVID-19 GUIDELINES" FORM IN POWERSCHOOL
Before entering the school for Picture Day you must sign the "Parent Agreement Letter of Compliance With COVID-19 Guidelines" that can be found in PowerSchool. If your child has already been in school for hybrid in-person instruction you would have already signed this form. If your child has remained virtual, you may not have. You can find the form by signing into PowerSchool here. Once you have signed in, you can select the "Forms" option on the left side navigation for each student. Scroll down and you will find a section for "COVID-19 Medical Forms." You must be signed in via a website browser in order to find the form. It is not found in the PowerSchool app. If you have any questions or issues accessing PowerSchool, please refer to the District's PowerSchool help page.
